🎨 ARTWORKER – PRINT & RETAIL DISPLAY

⏰ Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 39 Hours
We’re recruiting for an experienced Artworker to join a well-established business operating across print, POS and retail display.
This is a hands-on studio role focused on taking creative concepts and supplied artwork through to accurate, production-ready files, ensuring everything is technically correct before it hits production.
🔹 THE ROLE
You’ll work across a variety of point-of-sale, retail display and large-format print projects, preparing artwork for multiple formats, materials and production methods.
Key responsibilities will include:
✅ Creating, adapting and amending artwork from supplied briefs
✅ Preparing production-ready files for POS and retail display projects
✅ Working accurately within client brand guidelines
✅ Applying cutter guides, bleeds and other technical print requirements
✅ Retouching, resizing and optimising imagery where required
✅ Preflighting artwork for resolution, colour, fonts, scale and content
✅ Producing proofs for internal and client approval
✅ Checking artwork against technical drawings and cutter guides
✅ Managing multiple live projects against production deadlines
✅ Supporting production teams with artwork queries and amendments
✅ Working closely with Design, Client Services and Production
👤 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ideally, you’ll have:
🎯 Previous experience within artwork, reprographics or pre-press
🎯 Experience within print, POS, retail display or large-format graphics
🎯 Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills – particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
🎯 Good understanding of print production, colour, resolution and file preparation
🎯 Experience working with cutter guides and technical drawings
🎯 Excellent attention to detail and quality control
🎯 Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced production environment
🎯 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working across large-format digital print, different substrates and manufacturing-led print environments would be particularly valuable.
