Kaizen Global is partnering with a leading business within the Large Format Print & Branded Environments sector to recruit an ambitious Business Development Manager.

If you're a driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and developing strategic accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity.

🚀 The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, and growing market share while managing your own pipeline from prospect through to close.

✅ What We're Looking For

🔹 Proven success in generating new business and exceeding sales targets
🔹 Experience managing your own sales pipeline and diary effectively
🔹 Strong strategic sales and business development skills
🔹 Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
🔹 Self-motivated, proactive and commercially driven
🔹 Experience within Large Format Print, Signage, Branded Environments or Visual Communications is highly desirable
