🌟 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Flexible Films (Northern Territory, UK) 🌟

We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Sales Representative to accelerate growth in the Northern territory – defined as Birmingham and north, including Scotland. The right candidate must be based within this area. This role is 70% new business and 30% account management, offering a perfect balance of hunting and nurturing existing customers.

🔍 The Role

  • Drive 100% growth across the Northern territory, focusing on new business (70%) and account management (30%)

  • Work with Telesales to convert pre-qualified leads

  • Take a consultative approach to understand customer needs and present solutions

  • Provide sustainable packaging options to help customers reduce waste

  • Collaborate with technical specialists to support customer performance

👤 About You

  • Proven B2B sales experience (stretch film/packaging desirable)

  • Strong track record in new business development and account growth

  • Consultative sales style with excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, able to manage your own territory independently

  • Based in Birmingham or north, including Scotland
