Business Development Manager - Labels (Permanent)

Our client, a leading Packaging manufacturer and supply company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to sell Labels to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on targeting the European mainland markets, although a UK-based location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Labels sector and related machinery.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Europe.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deliver solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in Business Development within Labels and/or Label Machinery sectors.
  • Experience in new business acquisition is essential, with some inherited accounts being a bonus.
  • A background in the Packaging or related manufacturing industries would be advantageous.
  • European language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Living in the UK or willing to relocate for the role.
