🚀 Regional Sales Manager – Secondary Packaging Solutions (Central & Northern Europe)

Are you an entrepreneurial B2B sales professional ready to build something new? This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in expanding a newly established secondary packaging solutions business unit across Central and Northern Europe.

This position has been created as part of a strategic expansion the business is now investing in building this area with new sales roles across Europe.

 

🔧 The Role

You will drive sales growth for secondary packaging machinery and systems across central and Northern Europe. The focus is predominantly on new business acquisition, working with e-commerce providers, logistics companies, and large manufacturers. The Packaging machine solutions prepare a wide range of products for shipment and distribution.

 

📌 What You’ll Do

  • Acquire new customers and achieve ambitious sales targets across your region as this is a 100% new business role
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Develop compelling proposals and commercial agreements for packaging machines and systems
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver customised packaging solutions that improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact
  • Monitor trends in secondary packaging, e-commerce fulfilment, and logistics to identify new market opportunities
  • Represent solutions at trade fairs and industry events

 

🎯 What You Bring

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in secondary packaging, packaging machinery, logistics, or automation
  • Strong understanding of the Central and Northern European market
  • Proven success in new business development and complex, long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Must be fluent in German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • A structured, self-driven approach with a positive, collaborative mindset

 

📍 Location & Working Model

This is a home-office-based role within Central or Northern Europe. Ideal locations include Germany, Denmark, or Belgium, with flexibility for Switzerland or the UK.
