Our client, an award-winning creative business, specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of POS, POP, and retail/graphic displays. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to welcome a talented CAD Designer to their collaborative and innovation-led team.
This is a great opportunity to work on exciting retail display projects within a company known for delivering standout design solutions.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Producing detailed CAD designs for POS/POP and retail display projects

Using AutoDesk (and other CAD software where required) to create accurate technical drawings

Reading and interpreting technical specifications and drawings

Working directly with clients to understand briefs and develop design concepts

Collaborating closely with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are practical and production-ready

Maintaining a high level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
👤 About You

Previous studio experience within POS/POP, retail displays, or joinery

Highly proficient in AutoDesk (experience with other CAD/design tools is a plus)

Confident in client-facing discussions, able to take briefs and explain design concepts

Strong technical mindset with an excellent eye for detail

Passionate about turning creative ideas into buildable designs
💷 Salary & Benefits

£35,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
