Kaizen Global is proud to be partnering with one of the USA's leading Facilities Services providers, supporting some of the nation's most recognised brands. Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their high-performing team.

You'll take ownership of high-profile remodel, refresh and capital improvement projects, leading them from award through completion while working alongside major national clients.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing

✔️ Manage multiple construction, remodel & refresh projects across the US
✔️ Coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades
✔️ Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
✔️ Own project budgets, forecasting and full P&L performance
✔️ Produce reports and project updates for senior leadership
✔️ Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

👷 What We're Looking For

⭐ Proven experience managing commercial construction, remodel or refresh projects
⭐ Strong understanding of multi-trade project delivery
⭐ Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Experience with budgeting, forecasting and P&L ownership
⭐ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
