💷 Salary: £32,000 – £38,000

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting development solutions that align with client design and technical intent

Assisting with site surveys and on-site installation activities when required 🚧

Creating technical drawings, 3D mock-ups, and specification sheets under guidance

Supporting the product journey from concept to production, including sample reviews

Collaborating with design, sourcing, planning, and production teams 🤝

Maintaining BOMs, specifications, and organised digital project files

Researching materials, liaising with suppliers, and assessing feasibility

Contributing to a positive, honest, and commercially aware team culture
👤 Skills & Experience
✅ Essential

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)

Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and familiarity with AutoCAD or Rhino

Good understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisation and time management skills

Clear and confident communication abilities
