Kaizen Global Group Ltd is proud to be partnering with a prestigious, award-winning design agency that specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of retail displays, including POS, POP, and graphic displays.
We’re looking for a Development Project Manager to join their dynamic and creative team, overseeing exciting projects from concept to completion.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Managing projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to final delivery

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Collaborating closely with design and production teams to align objectives

Preparing and maintaining RAMS and Bills of Materials (BOMs)

Managing procurement, costing, and supplier coordination
-
Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Ensuring all work meets quality standards and client expectations
👤 About You

Background in retail displays, POS, POP, or design-led environments

Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion

Highly organised with a methodical approach to project delivery

Confident producing RAMS, BOMs, costings, and managing procurement

Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and production teams

Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
💷 Salary & Benefits

£40,000 – £65,000, depending on experience
