🔎 The Opportunity

The Business Development Director will drive new business growth across core and emerging markets, expanding our client’s footprint throughout North America.

This role is ideal for a proactive, high-energy sales leader who excels at:

  • Identifying and securing new revenue opportunities

  • Building long-term C-suite relationships

  • Developing strategic sales plans

  • Delivering consultative, solution-based proposals

You’ll be selling a comprehensive suite of services, including:

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, restaurant, hospitality, warehousing, and facilities sectors

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and margin targets

  • Build strong relationships with C-level and regional decision-makers

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, estimating, and marketing teams to deliver tailored client solutions

  • Manage pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM tools

  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows

  • Mentor junior team members on sales strategy and client engagement


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets

  • Proven success selling construction, facilities management, or project/program management services

  • Demonstrated ability to open new markets and grow long-term client partnerships

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) + Microsoft Office
