As Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, leading a national business development team, and identifying new market opportunities across the signage and branded environment sectors.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute, highly motivated executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives
✅ Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team
✅ Drive new business acquisition and key account growth across North America
✅ Collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on commercial objectives
✅ Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends
✅ Build and maintain relationships with major clients, partners, and stakeholders
✅ Deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability improvements
✅ Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Extensive experience within the signage and/or branded environments industry
✔ Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth
✔ Strong leadership experience managing sales and business development teams
✔ Strategic thinker with exceptional commercial acumen
✔ Self-starter with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset
✔ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to influence at executive and board level
✔ Willingness to travel as required across the United States
