🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop, and manage the design & engineering team
• Create and maintain branding/signage standards for national chains
• Oversee creation and management of production-ready files
• Collaborate closely with management, production, and marketing teams
• Support consistency, efficiency, and quality across all design outputs
🌟 What We’re Looking For
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
• Minimum 5 years in the signage industry
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, engineering, and sign manufacturing
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Mechanical & structural understanding of signage materials, lighting, manufacturing, and installation
• Ability to design with cost-efficiency in mind to help clients reduce expenses 💡💰
