We’re partnering with a growing organization in the electrical, lighting, and energy solutions space to hire an experienced EMS Project Manager to lead impactful Energy Management System projects across commercial environments.

🔋 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead EMS projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, and operations teams to implement EMS solutions
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and success metrics
• Monitor timelines and project performance to ensure successful delivery
• Identify risks and proactively resolve project challenges
• Ensure projects align with energy regulations, sustainability goals, and industry standards
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships throughout project execution
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project evaluations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–5 years of project management experience
✔️ Background in energy systems, EMS, building automation, or related technical environments
✔️ Strong understanding of energy analytics and sustainability initiatives
✔️ Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Smartsheet
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
