Kaizen Global Group Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading signage company headquartered in Texas. Our client designs, manufactures, and installs high-quality signage solutions for national brands — and they’re looking for an experienced Signage Estimator to join their growing team.
This role offers remote flexibility while being part of a dynamic and well-established organization.
🔎 Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for signage projects

Analyze engineering & technical drawings to assess feasibility and pricing

Collaborate with internal teams, procurement, suppliers & subcontractors

Prepare monthly & quarterly forecasts for senior leadership

Ensure compliance with signage permitting requirements
-
Manage multiple bids simultaneously with precision and organization
🎯 Ideal Candidate

Proven estimating experience within the signage industry

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Confident interpreting engineering & technical drawings

Solid understanding of signage permitting processes

Strong relationship-building and communication skills
💼 Package & Benefits
💰 Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per annum
