Executive Vice President of Sales

Our client, a leading signage manufacturer in the United States, is seeking an EVP of Sales to spearhead the development and growth of their national accounts while leading a dynamic national sales team.

Location

This role is based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Mid-West. However, applications from outside this region will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across national accounts within the signage industry.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with national clients to enhance market presence.
  • Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the signage industry, specifically in driving revenue across national accounts.
  • Demonstrated history of winning national clients and increasing revenue.
  • Experience in managing and developing a sales team is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive compensation package of up to $250K plus commission. Additional benefits include:
