Kaizen Global is partnering with a leading nationwide organisation to recruit an experienced Healthcare Deployment Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team delivering large-scale healthcare equipment deployment projects across the United States.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing
✅ Lead healthcare equipment deployment projects from planning through to completion
✅ Coordinate manufacturers, healthcare facilities, logistics providers, and installation teams
✅ Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and client communications
✅ Oversee warehousing, transportation, inventory, and final-mile delivery activities
✅ Ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and operational on time
✅ Support hospital activations, site readiness, and go-live programmes
✅ Build strong relationships with healthcare clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
🔹 What We're Looking For
✔️ 5+ years' project management experience
✔️ Experience within healthcare, medical equipment deployments, logistics, supply chain, facility activations, or multi-site rollout programmes
✔️ Project management experience delivering ADA, Wayfinding, or healthcare signage projects is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage
✔️ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
✔️ Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
✔️ Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
✔️ Willingness to travel as required

➕ Healthcare equipment deployment experience
➕ Medical device industry background
➕ ADA, Wayfinding, or environmental graphics project experience
➕ Hospital activation or operational readiness projects
➕ Final-mile delivery or installation management experience
➕ PMP Certification (preferred but not essential)
