Internal Sales Account Manager – Flexible Plastics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Calculate and prepare accurate quotations for clients
  • Understand client needs and provide effective solutions tailored to their requirements
  • Proactively contact potential new customers to expand the client base
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently, including preparing quotations and resolving issues
  • Take full ownership of your account performance, ensuring targets and results are met or exceeded

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working in an internal sales or customer service role
  • Experience in the Flexible Plastics industry is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
