Internal Sales Account Manager – Flexible Plastics

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth
- Calculate and prepare accurate quotations for clients
- Understand client needs and provide effective solutions tailored to their requirements
- Proactively contact potential new customers to expand the client base
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently, including preparing quotations and resolving issues
- Take full ownership of your account performance, ensuring targets and results are met or exceeded
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience working in an internal sales or customer service role
- Experience in the Flexible Plastics industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
