We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious and rapidly growing leader within the signage and visual communications industry. As part of their continued expansion across North America, they are seeking a highly motivated National Account Executive to help drive revenue growth, develop new opportunities, and expand key client relationships.

🌟 The Opportunity
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the onboarding of new clients, and developing long-term relationships that maximise account growth and profitability.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving national program opportunities across multiple industry sectors.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across North America
✅ Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
✅ Manage the onboarding and integration of new clients
✅ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
✅ Maximise revenue opportunities within existing client accounts
✅ Lead and support RFP, tender, and proposal submissions
✅ Collaborate with operations, project management, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery
✅ Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets
✅ Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience within the signage, visual communications, branded environments, or related industries
✔ Strong track record of generating new business and developing national accounts
✔ Experience tendering for and securing large-scale program work
✔ Knowledge of national rollout and multi-site project environments
✔ Experience within Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, and/or General Contractor markets is highly desirable
✔ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-starter mentality with a proactive and consultative sales approach
✔ Commercially focused with a passion for delivering results
