🚨 Sales Representative Opportunity | Packaging Automation & End-of-Line Solutions 🚨
📍 Remote / Field-Based | USA | Travel Required

We are partnering with a leading provider of advanced packaging automation and end-of-line solutions, supporting customers across e-commerce, logistics, fulfilment, and system integration markets.

As part of continued growth, the business is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative to develop new opportunities and expand market presence across key sectors including 3PL, fulfilment, warehouse automation, and integrated packaging solutions.


🔹 The Opportunity

This is a high-impact technical sales role focused on developing strategic customer relationships and delivering tailored automation and packaging solutions.

You will be responsible for:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across targeted market segments
• Building relationships with customers in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, and system integration environments
• Presenting tailored packaging automation, palletising, and logistics handling solutions
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal and close
• Working closely with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver commercially viable solutions
• Developing customer-focused proposals, presentations, and pricing models
• Supporting sales growth through strategic pipeline management and forecasting
• Promoting value-led solutions around automation, sustainability, and operational efficiency
• Staying informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys consultative selling within highly technical and fast-moving industrial environments.


🔹 About You

We are looking for an ambitious and technically minded commercial professional with a passion for solution-based selling and customer development.

Ideally, you will have:
• At least 3 years’ experience within sales, preferably in packaging, automation, intralogistics, or material handling
• Experience selling into fulfilment centres, logistics operations, or warehouse environments
• Knowledge of corrugated packaging or packaging automation solutions
• Strong business development and pipeline management capability
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Previous cold-calling and new business generation experience
• Familiarity with warehouse design, fulfilment optimisation, or logistics modelling tools is advantageous
• Engineering qualification or technical background preferred

📍 Additional Information

• Field-based role with travel across assigned territories (50%+ travel expected)
