We’re partnering with a leading nationwide construction & site transformation company to find an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team! 🏗️
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love managing multiple projects, and have experience in retail or restaurant construction, this opportunity could be for you.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Lead projects from kickoff to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources & timelines 📊
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants & field teams
• Oversee construction, remodels & rollout programs
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress 🔍
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety & compliance standards ✅
• Build strong client relationships and communicate project updates professionally
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and solution-focused
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 5–8 years of Construction Project Management experience
• Background in retail, restaurant, or commercial construction preferred
• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with VISIO, Adobe, or Oracle is a plus
• PMP Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
