✨ The Role
📍 Location: Midlands
💷 Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
💼 Benefits: Mobile phone, laptop & comprehensive benefits package
✈️ Travel: Regional, national & occasional international travel
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a varied portfolio of retail design projects including pop-ups, in-store activations, shop-in-shops, and branded environments

Leading projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Acting as the key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams 🤝

Overseeing logistics, schedules, and resource planning to ensure smooth execution

Visiting clients, suppliers, and retail sites as required
👤 About You

Proven experience delivering retail design projects, particularly pop-ups and in-store activations

Highly organised with strong leadership and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment 🎨

Flexible and happy to travel

Experience working with international clients is a plus
