We’re working with a well-established signage business looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth across California, Las Vegas and the wider Southwest.
This is a commercially focused opportunity for someone who knows the signage market, understands how to build meaningful client relationships and has the confidence to develop new opportunities across some of the region’s most active sectors.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape your territory, target the verticals where you have the strongest network and build relationships with clients who value a consultative, solutions-led approach.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Developing new business across California, Nevada and the Southwest
✔️ Building relationships with developers, brands, operators, architects, contractors and end users
✔️ Identifying project, rollout and rebrand opportunities across multiple sectors
✔️ Managing the sales cycle from first conversation through to award
✔️ Growing accounts into long-term commercial relationships
✔️ Working closely with estimating, project management, design and production teams
✔️ Representing the business at client meetings, events and industry networking opportunities
✔️ Taking ownership of your territory, pipeline and sales strategy
🔹 What we’re looking for:
🎯 Proven sales experience within the signage industry
🎯 Strong business development and relationship-building capability
🎯 Experience winning new customers and developing accounts over time
🎯 Good knowledge of architectural signage, branded environments or national programs
🎯 Confidence working with senior decision-makers and complex client groups
🎯 Existing relationships across California, Las Vegas or the Southwest would be highly advantageous
🎯 A self-motivated, commercially minded salesperson who values autonomy and accountability
