We’re working with an established retail solutions business that delivers complex, multi-site programmes for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major retail installation and deployment projects, leading delivery from initial planning through to final completion.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys combining project leadership, client management and team development within a fast-paced retail environment.
🎯 The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple retail projects, ensuring programmes are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities will include:
🔹 Manage projects from initial brief through planning, delivery, installation and close-out
🔹 Build detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resource and logistics
🔹 Lead and support a small project team, driving performance and development
🔹 Coordinate transport, stock, site activity, returns and field-based resources
🔹 Manage installation teams, including scheduling, briefing, compliance and H&S requirements
🔹 Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
🔹 Monitor budgets, project performance and commercial outcomes
🔹 Identify potential risks early and implement solutions to keep programmes on track
🔹 Ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently achieved
🔹 Provide clear updates on progress, milestones and challenges to senior stakeholders
🔹 Capture project learnings and drive continuous improvement across future programmes
👤 What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience managing end-to-end projects within retail, installations, fixtures, displays, signage or a similar environment
✅ Experience delivering complex or multi-site rollout programmes
✅ Strong client and stakeholder management skills
✅ Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team would be highly advantageous
✅ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
✅ Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project performance
✅ Confident coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors and field teams
✅ Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
