We are representing an established organisation within the Flexible Packaging industry seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive commercial growth across the UK & Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership of an existing customer portfolio whilst spearheading new business development and playing a key role in expanding the company's presence within the food packaging market.
THE OPPORTUNITY

Manage and develop an established customer portfolio worth approximately £3m.

Drive new business development, targeting food manufacturers and processors across the UK & Ireland.

Identify and secure opportunities across flexible packaging applications, particularly within the meat, fish and poultry sectors.

Promote a range of packaging solutions including lidding films, top webs, bottom webs, thermoforming films and vacuum skin packaging (VSP).

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key decision-makers across the food manufacturing industry.

Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop customer-specific packaging solutions.

Play a pivotal role in growing the division, with the potential to take on wider commercial responsibilities as the business expands.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
-
Proven sales and business development experience within the Flexible Packaging industry.

Strong knowledge of primary food packaging materials, applications and manufacturing processes.

Experience selling lidding films, thermoforming films, VSP or associated flexible packaging solutions.

Established relationships within the meat, fish, poultry or wider food processing sectors.

Demonstrable track record of securing new business and developing strategic customer accounts.

Commercially driven, technically knowledgeable and comfortable operating autonomously.
WHAT'S ON OFFER?
