Are you an experienced Signage Project Manager looking for a role where you can take full ownership of projects, work with major clients and manage work across the East Coast and beyond?
We’re working with a well-established signage business in Charlotte, NC that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to its growing team.

You’ll be responsible for managing signage projects from conception through to completion, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the expected standard.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing multiple signage projects from initial handover through design, permitting, production, installation and closeout
✅ Overseeing projects primarily across the East Coast, alongside some national rollout programs
✅ Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Coordinating with design, estimating, production, installation teams and subcontractors
✅ Managing budgets, schedules, change orders, project documentation and deadlines
✅ Identifying potential risks early and resolving issues before they impact delivery
✅ Ensuring projects remain commercially viable while maintaining strong client relationships
🔹 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Proven Project Management experience within the signage industry
✔️ Strong knowledge of signage manufacturing, permitting and installation
✔️ Experience managing projects from start to finish
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
✔️ Strong client-facing and communication skills
✔️ Commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused
✔️ National account or multi-site rollout experience would be a strong advantage
