✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead large-scale, high-value projects across design, fabrication, and installation
• Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee project execution while ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
• Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators while supporting team development
• Act as the key escalation point for project-related challenges
• Ensure all deliverables align with business goals and client expectations
📌 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3–5+ years of project management experience
✔️ Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project workflows
✔️ Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and organizational skills
✔️ Excellent communication and leadership abilities
✔️ PMP Certification preferred
✔️ Advanced proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
