📍 Remote / Field-Based – UK Wide
We are working with a major manufacturer of flexible films and part of a global packaging group recognised as one of the world’s leading producers of plastic packaging solutions. With a strong reputation for innovation, sustainability, and customer partnership, we continue to expand rapidly across key markets.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Representative to join our UK team.

🔹 The Role
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on both new business generation and account development across a national territory.
You will be responsible for:
• Driving new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers
• Growing and developing an existing customer portfolio valued at approximately multi millions £ across a number of accounts accounts
• Managing a pre determined amount of tonnes of annual business while identifying opportunities for account expansion
• Working closely with the Telesales team to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships
• Taking a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored packaging solutions
• Advising customers on sustainable packaging solutions that support operational and environmental goals
• Collaborating with technical specialists where deeper product expertise is required
• Delivering consistent revenue and margin growth across your territory
This role will suit someone who thrives in a commercially driven environment and enjoys balancing strategic account management with proactive business development.
🔹 About You
We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated sales professional with strong commercial instincts and a passion for customer growth.
Ideally, you will have:
• Experience within B2B sales, preferably in stretch film, packaging, or a related technical product sector
• A proven track record in new business development and account growth
• A consultative and solutions-led sales style
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage your own territory and work independently in a remote environment
• Commercial awareness combined with technical curiosity and a customer-first mindset
Experience within stretch packaging is highly desirable, particularly for candidates with a technical sales background.

• Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience
