<p>&#128269; About the Role:<br>
As an Estimator, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting high-profile projects by developing detailed cost estimates for custom fabrication and installation work. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with teams across engineering, design, operations, supply chain, and sales to help drive successful project outcomes.</p>

<p>&#128736;&#65039; Key Responsibilities:<br>
&bull; Prepare accurate project estimates using drawings, specifications, and scope documents<br>
&bull; Complete quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, fabrication, and installation<br>
&bull; Build Bills of Materials (BOMs) and labor forecasts using ERP/estimating systems<br>
&bull; Analyze project risks, assumptions, and cost drivers to support profitable bids<br>
&bull; Partner with manufacturing vendors and supply chain teams to obtain pricing and lead times<br>
&bull; Support design revisions, change orders, and evolving project scopes<br>
&bull; Participate in bid reviews and provide clear explanations of estimate assumptions<br>
&bull; Track estimating accuracy and contribute to continuous process improvements<br>
&bull; Maintain estimating databases, cost libraries, and reporting metrics</p>

&#10004;&#65039; 3+ years of estimating or cost engineering experience<br>
&#10004;&#65039; Background in signage, fabrication, construction, manufacturing, or architectural systems preferred<br>
&#10004;&#65039; Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and production methods<br>
&#10004;&#65039; Advanced Excel and ERP/estimating software experience<br>
&#10004;&#65039; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br>
&#10004;&#65039; Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex cost data clearly<br>
&#10004;&#65039; Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment<br>
